AgentCraft 由 Exacto Company Limited（香港）營運。使用本平台即表示你同意本條款及《私隱政策》。如你未滿 18 歲，須由家長或監護人閱讀並同意本條款。

AgentCraft is operated by Exacto Company Limited (Hong Kong). By using the platform you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms.

本平台現處於公開測試階段，以「現狀」提供。功能可能變更、中斷或移除，資料亦可能因系統調整而遺失，請自行備份重要內容。本公司可設定使用配額（例如每日執行次數或 token 上限）。

The platform is in public beta and provided “as is”. Features may change, break or be removed, and data may be lost during changes; keep your own copies of important work. The Company may set usage quotas (e.g. daily runs or token limits).

你須提供真實資料並妥善保管密碼。每人只可使用自己的帳戶。學校帳戶由學校／教師管理。

Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. Use only your own account. School accounts are managed by the school/teacher.

• 不得建立或用智能體產生違法、暴力、色情、仇恨、欺凌或侵犯他人權利的內容。
• 不得嘗試繞過安全機制、提示注入攻擊平台、或濫用 API／配額。
• 不得在提示或專案中輸入你或他人的敏感個人資料。

• Do not build or use agents to produce illegal, violent, sexual, hateful, bullying or rights-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, prompt-inject the platform, or abuse the API/quotas.
• Do not enter sensitive personal data about yourself or others in prompts or projects.

智能體回應由第三方大型語言模型（經 OpenRouter）產生，可能不準確、不完整或不適當。AI 回應不構成專業意見；學生應在教師或家長指導下使用。

Agent responses are generated by third-party large language models (via OpenRouter) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. They are not professional advice; students should use them under teacher or parent guidance.

你保留你所建立專案的權利，並授予本公司為營運平台所需的非獨家授權（包括儲存、顯示，以及在你選擇分享時向班別／學校展示）。平台軟件、設計及品牌屬本公司所有。

You keep rights to the projects you create and grant the Company a non-exclusive licence needed to operate the platform (storing, displaying and, when you choose to share, showing them to your class/school). The platform software, design and brand belong to the Company.

如違反本條款，本公司可暫停或終止帳戶。你可隨時要求刪除帳戶。

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may ask to delete your account at any time.

在法律許可的最大範圍內，本公司不就使用或無法使用本測試服務所引致的間接或相應損失負責。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this beta service.

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
